WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THE FINDING FEE UPFRONT?
We charge our finding fee upfront because when we source a property, our work is done. If there are any problems with the property and the deal breaks down, you will be entitled to a full refund.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Our finding fee is really simple, if the price of the property is below £100K, we charge a fixed price of £2000. If the property price is above £100K, we charge 2% of the property value ( If the property costs £300k, our fee will be £6000).
